| In March 2004, Philco Mining Corporation (PMC) contracted Elliott Geophysics International Pty. Ltd. (EGI) to carry out an extensive Induced Polarization (IP) survey over their properties to include the one area that is planned to be used as a tailings dam. The property is contained within PMC’s Comval Project area. The survey area is some 50kms NE of Davao City, Mindanao, Philippines |

| The main purpose of the IP survey was to check if the area does not contain any type of mineralization since the area surveyed is interpreted as a collapsed structure. Some 6.8 line kms of dipole-dipole (a=50m) IP survey over the tailings dam reserve were completed. |

| The data for these lines was initially presented as IP pseudo-sections without topographic adjustment. One spacing (n=6), was selected as a good representative channel to plot after completion of the first (southern) four lines. The coloured image plan of apparent resistivity, apparent chargeability, and apparent metal factor highlights a weak IP anomaly in a quasi circular ring structure (Figure 2). This ring structure was found to correlate well with the boundaries of collapse feature inferred from the geology. It was decided to extend the survey to the north to further cover this feature. |

| It was recommended based on the results of the survey that a vertical drill hole should be centered on the weak chargeability anomaly/low resistivity zone centered beneath the proposed tailings dam. The hole should be drilled to a minimum depth of 300m. The aim of the hole will be to test the IP anomaly and make sure that it does not represent a significant zone of mineralization. |

| Each of the IP pseudo-sections was modelled with topography included to provide information on the depth of the main target zone and any other features highlighted by the IP survey. Data for the three IP parameters of the eight modelled sections are combined to produce plan view images. The main anomaly highlighted by this survey is centered on 839725E, 835840N, and shows up best on the modelled resistivity (figure 3) and modelled metal factor (figure 4) image plans.
